Stay safer when visiting clients alone.
A light-touch, privacy-first safety app for professionals working remotely or attending client visits. BeaconVisit helps you check in and check out of appointments, with configurable escalation to trusted contacts if needed.
How it works
Connect your calendar on your device
Log in and link your calendar to BeaconVisit. BeaconVisit reads your appointments and highlights those that look like remote visits, so you do not need to duplicate your diary or manually create appointments.
Review your daily visit summary
Each day, BeaconVisit summarises the appointments that may need additional safety support. You can review them in advance and check in when a visit starts.
Check in to your appointment
Before your appointment, BeaconVisit sends you a reminder to check in. Two taps and your visit is active.
Check out when you leave
At the end of the appointment, BeaconVisit sends a check-out reminder. Two taps and the visit is closed.
Escalation contacts are notified if you do not check out
If you do not check out, BeaconVisit follows your configured escalation tree. For example, it could email your line manager after 5 minutes or send an SMS to a close relative after 30 minutes.

Privacy-first design
BeaconVisit is designed to use the minimum information needed to support each visit. For individuals, location tracking only starts when you choose to check in, and stops when you check out. For companies, BeaconVisit uses calendar information to identify appointments that may need safety support, while avoiding unnecessary storage of customer or appointment data.
